30-Day Returns
At Ergonomic Studio, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return process is very simple.

Your return must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and manuals. -

Return Shipping Costs

Defective Products:
If your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, Ergonomic Studio will cover the return shipping cost. -
Customer Remorse (Change of Mind):
If the return is due to customer preference (wrong item ordered, fit issues, or no longer wanted), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Authorization

Ship the Item
Securely package the item and ship it using the provided instructions.
Items returned without prior approval may be refused or sent back to the sender.
Refund Processing
- All returned items are inspected upon return.
- If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are generally issued within seven (7) business days once the returned item has been received and reviewed.
